My eZPIZ is a portal dedicated to secure access to eZPIZ electronic services for insured persons and pensioners. Most services require registration. Some services are also available through an answering machine.
The use of eZPIZ services is free, secure and simple. Security and confidentiality are ensured through the use of modern technologies. Electronic applications have the same legal validity as paper applications.
To log in or register in the My eZPIZ portal, click the appropriate button below. If you are using a qualified digital certificate, click the button Enter My eZPIZ with a digital certificate, or if you are using a SI-PASS login, click the button Enter My eZPIZ with an EU / SI-PASS.
Registration is required before the first use of the eZPIZ services. You can also use the eZPIZ services with the SI-PASS online login. The use of eZPIZ services is possible if the following technical requirements are met. What services can I preform through the My eZPIZ portal?
General informative pension calculator - the service allows you to informatively calculate the date of fulfillment of the conditions for the recognition of the right to an old-age and early retirement pension and the amount of the pension based on data that you enter manually in the service. To use this service, registration in the information system of the institute is not required. You can access the service by clicking on the link next to the service name.
Personal informative pension calculator - the service enables you to perform an informative calculation of the date of fulfilling the conditions for acquiring the right to an old age or early pension and the amount of pension based on your personal data recorded in the information system of the institute which affect the recognition and assessment of pension and disability insurance rights. The service is intended for registered users.
Electronic filling and submission of applications - the eApplications service enables you to fill in and submit applications with real-time verification of the adequacy of the entered data and with a digital signature. The service is intended for registered users.
Checking the status of your case - the Status of the case service allows you to check the status of the case regardless of how the application is submitted. The service is also available using an answering machine. The service is intended for registered users.
Insight into remittance data - the Remittance service allows you to view your institution's remittance data. The service is also available using an answering machine. The service is intended for registered users.
Insight into your insurance data - the Informative Personal Records service enables you to view data on insurance periods, salaries and benefits, which are recorded in the information system of the institution and affect your rights from the pension and disability insurance. If you find that the record is incomplete, you can request for it to be completed with an eApplication. The service is intended for registered users.
eBox - the eBox service enables you to receive documents prepared for you by the institution in your eBox on the eZPIZ portal, faster and in the original version. Receive decisions and other documents as soon as they are ready. To use the service, fill in and submit the appropriate eApplication. The service is intended for registered users.
