The following are entitled to a disability pension:
an insured person with a category I disability;
an insured person with a category II disability who is not capable of performing other work on a full-time basis without occupational rehabilitation, which is not available to them because they are over 55 years of age;
an insured person with a category II disability who is not capable of performing other work on a part-time basis (at least four hours a day) without occupational rehabilitation, which is not available to them because they are over 50 years of age;
an insured person with a category II or III disability who is not provided with suitable employment because they have reached the age of 65.
