I forgot my password and the notification email is invalid
The system sends you notifications of forgotten passwords to the e-mail address you have set. By default, this is an email address, which is also your username. If this address is no longer valid, you cannot retrieve the password because it is sent to the wrong address.
In these cases, send an e-mail to ezpiz-podpora@zpiz.si, where we will reset your e-mail address for notifications. After changing your address, you will be able to receive a password change notification (you will click "I forgot my password" again).
After registering in eZPIZ, you must still fill in and submit the eApplication "IT-EPOSTA - APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR NOTIFICATION THROUGH EZPIZ". You digitally sign and submit the application. To access the application, click on "Submit eApplications" in the menu.
