Sending requests for "Online viewing of documents"
To successfully send request to get electronic document you have to fill documents id's from paper document to form »Online viewing of documents«
Retype data from paper document (on picture below left part ) to form »DOCUMENT DETAIL« (right part).
- Put ID of document to field ID
- Put VK on document to VK field
After a successful submition you will get the message that the request is sent.
