Registration

Registration is required to access the BiZPIZ services. You start the registration process by clicking the Register button. You need a qualified digital certificate to use all BiZPIZ services and also the registration itself. With one digital certificate, you can register for several organizations-companies, and it is necessary to register for each company.

 

Legal entities that are authorized to provide data of other legal entities (eg. accounting services, etc.) register their digital certificate in BiZPIZ with the legal entity for which they are authorized. This means that they log in to the service with their digital certificate and indicate the company for which they provide data as the name of the business entity. After the registration of the digital certificate, the application for granting access to the BiZPIZ services must be confirmed (it is printed during the registration phase). The application is confirmed by the proxy and forwarded to the institution.

If the authorized person (eg. accounting service) reports data for several legal entities for which he is authorized, he can select the legal entity for which he wishes to provide the data from the drop-down list each time he logs into the system.

Registration procedure  

  • In the registration application you find or enter your organization and enter the required contact information. If you are a proxy, enter an authorized company.

 

  • After entering the data, confirm the entered data.

 

 

  • After confirmation, print the registration application.

The application in the company must be confirmed by the signature and stamp of the responsible person in the company (legal representative). Send the application for registration by post to:

After receiving the signed application, we will confirm the registration and you will receive a message on the entered e-mail address that you can start using the BiZPIZ services.

 

List of BiZPIZ services

1. DIGITAL DOCUMENTS - preparation of eApplications and receipt of documents in the eBox BiZPIZ
1.1. It enables authorized users of the organization to work with digital documents - preparation and electronic submission of applications to ZPIZ and receipt of documents that are sent to the organization by ZPIZ in the electronic box of the BiZPIZ system. The following levels of authorization are available. You can only select one option.
Digital documents - main office

- Preparation and submission of eApplications that do not require a special agreement
- Access and insight of ALL DOCUMENTS OF THE ORGANIZATION (sent eApplications to ZPIZ and answers of ZPIZ received in the eBox BiZPIZ) and documents sent by ZPIZ to the eBox BiZPIZ without reference to any of the sent eApplications.
Digital documents - area

- Preparation and submission of eApplications that do not require a special agreement
- Access and insight to the SAME-TYPE DOCUMENTS OF THE ORGANIZATION (sent eApplications to ZPIZ and answers of ZPIZ, received in the eBox BiZPIZ). The user will only see eApplications for which he is authorized, both those sent by himself and similar applications sent by other authorized users of the organization and the answers to them, which were submitted to the eBox BiZPIZ by ZPIZ. The user does not have access to other documents and to documents sent by ZPIZ to the BiZPIZ eBox without a link to any of the sent applications.

- Preparation and submission of eApplications that do not require a special agreement
- Access and insight of USER DOCUMENTS (sent eApplications to ZPIZ and answers of ZPIZ, received in the eBox BiZPIZ), which were provided by the user for the organization.
Only eApplications

- Preparation and submission of eApplications that do not require a special agreement. ZPIZ will not send the answers to eApplications to the organization in the original in the eBox BiZPIZ, but will prepare physical transcripts (copies) and send them to the organization in paper form by post.
Select this option only in exceptional cases when you have completely clear reasons why you do not want to receive digital documents in your eBox BiZPIZ, but want to receive documents in paper by mail. You will not have the documents received by mail in the eBox and you will also receive them later than if you decided to receive them in the e-Inbox!
1.2. eApplications under the agreement are intended for the exchange of digital documents between the organization and ZPIZ on the basis of the agreement. Before using these eApplications, the organization must conclude an appropriate agreement with ZPIZ, and must state it when registering. Applications may be pre-prepared or specific to the agreement.

2. INSPECTION OF DATA M4
M4 data

The service provides users with access to M4 data provided to the institution by the organization.

Special care is required when granting this authorization, as M4 contains personal data of the organization's insured persons.
3. USE OF BiZPIZ ONLINE SERVICES 
BiZPIZ online services Use of BiZPIZ online services
By default, all BiZPIZ services are available to authorized users of organizations through the BiZPIZ portal. Organizations wishing to automate data exchange can also access BiZPIZ services through online services, with dedicated clients providing them themselves. Selecting this option will provide access to online services for which the organization is authorized to use. ZPIZ will provide the organization with the possibility of testing in a test environment. The use of BiZPIZ online services is possible only by agreement.
