Information for customers

The Institute provides information to customers at regional offices and the head office in Ljubljana during office hours.

At regional and branch offices customers can obtain information on claiming entitlements (under national and international agreements), at the head office in Ljubljana, however, on the protection of rights (appeals and other legal instruments), the payment of pensions and other benefits, and income tax issues. 

The Regional Office Ljubljana is located at the same address as the Head Office, so all information can be obtained at Kolodvorska 15, Ljubljana.

Information service has been organized separately for insurance implementation, pension payments and the submission of documents.
