My BiZPIZ is a portal dedicated to secure access to BiZPIZ electronic services for organizations. The use of BiZPIZ services requires registration, and for most services also additional agreements that define in more detail the use of individual BiZPIZ services.
The use of BiZPIZ services is possible through the BiZPIZ portal, through online services using your own client, in specific cases also through some other modes of transport, such as messaging systems, etc.
The My BiZPIZ portal is the simplest option for organizations for secure electronic business with the Institute, as they do not need to develop their own solutions using it, and the use of BiZPIZ services with its own client enables organizations a higher level of process automation.
Using BiZPIZ services is free, secure and easy. Security and confidentiality are ensured through the use of modern technologies. Electronic applications and other digitally signed e-documents have the same legal validity as hand-signed documents submitted in paper form.
Before the first use of the BiZPIZ System, registration is required. The use of most services requires prior additional agreements between the organization and ZPIZ. The use of BiZPIZ services is possible if the following requirements are met. Electronic filling and submission of applications - the eApplications service enables you to fill in and submit applications by checking the adequacy of the entered data and with a digital signature. The following eApplications are available for all business entities:

- 10302-2-1 - APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE EMPLOYER FOR THE FIRST EMPLOYMENT
- 10304-14-1 - LETTER - DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR DATA AUDIT
eBox - the service enables you to receive documents prepared for you by the institution in your electronic box on the eZPIZ portal, faster and in the original version. Receive decisions and other documents as soon as they are ready. To use the service, fill in and submit the appropriate eApplication.
Other applications and services for specific purposes, which are the subject of special agreements between ZPIZ and organizations with regard to the needs for electronic commerce.
Web application "Information insight into M-4 for employees" - the application enables employers to view information on the basis on the M-4 form from the date 1.1.2017 onwards, which was created by the institute on the basis of data in tax deductions (REK - form), provided by employers.
