Requirements for the use of BiZPIZ services

To use the BiZPIZ services you need:

• A pre-arranged registration, agreement and other bases for the use of specific e-services.
• A personal computer, a mobile device with internet access
• A qualified digital certificate for natural persons
• A client for the use of online services - in the event that the organization uses the BiZPIZ service with its own client and not through the BiZPIZ portal

To digitally sign documents, you need:

• A qualified digital certificate for natural persons
• A ProXSign digital signing component (the component is installed automatically). More information about the component can be found at http://www.proxsign.com , where you can install the component and check its operation. You can also download components directly from this page.

Use of the eApplications services has no special restrictions on the use of browsers. However, if you use the ProXSign signature component for digital signing, you must follow the manufacturer's requirements when using browsers.

The following digital certificate issuers are supported:

• SI-TRUST, National Center for Trust Services - Ministry of Public Administration (online qualified digital certificate for natural persons "SIGEN-CA")
• Nova ljubljanska banka d.d.  (digital certificate for natural persons "AC NLB")
• Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. (electronic certificates for natural persons "POŠTA®CA"
• Halcom Informatika d.o.o. (electronic certificates for natural persons "Halcom-CA").

For the needs of exchange with foreign institutions, we can also include foreign issuers in the list of issuers of digital certificates (or own certificates, if the institution issues them for itself). The list shall be updated following the conclusion of an information exchange agreement.

Use of BiZPIZ services with own client:    

After providing their own solution for the use of BiZPIZ services and successfully completed testing and registration, organizations can access BiZPIZ services from their information system via secure online access. In addition to the production environment, there is also a test environment where data exchange testing takes place.
